Bidhan School was founded in the year of 1976. The school has gradually developed over the years until it has evolved into the full-fledged Higher Secondary School, offering the 10+2 since 1986.The school is affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certification Examination, whose office is in New Delhi. It prepares students for the ICSE (class X) and the ISC (class XII) examination. The school seeks to blend the academics with practical knowledge in a unique ecosystem. The school also follows the progressive approach towards learning with recognized framework that foster inquiry and investigation.

Bidhan School was established in the year 1976 with the sole purpose of rendering quality education to the young minds of Durgapur and its surrounding areas. The school is affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi. Our vision and mission is to create better citizens and great minds for our society. The school is situated amidst a lush green environment in Bidhan Nagar, Ispat Pally, Durgapur. Bidhan School aims at contributing to a prosperous, harmonious and peaceful society of tomorrow’s India.
